A global perspective on compensation planning 2007

Globally, salaries are predicted to rise by an average of 5.9% next year, 1.9 percentage points above the projected average rate of inflation, according to Mercer research. However, these aggregate numbers belie the challenges that global organizations face as they set their compensation budgets for 2007.
